Shout out to Maninder who was our delivery guy and he also helped us assemble the bed. Really professional guy and carefully assembled everything. If you ever purchase from them request for Maninder as your delivery guy.
My deliver experience was terrible due to third party company error. Mr Narendra the owner called me personally and apologized to me for what happened therefore I am changing the review. Mr Narendra is taking responsibility to ensure in the future this doesn’t happen. Thank you for giving me a call to apologize for the bad delivery experience.
The most garbage furniture that I seen In my live the bring scratch one and when I am calling no one is take responsibility they answering me and telling me wait we are pulling out your email to see pictures then they cutting phone and not calling back
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this furniture store. The delivery process was a complete mess - they initially promised a delivery between 5 to 8 pm for my last item, but after more than 20 phone calls, the time kept getting pushed back. Despite numerous assurances, the delivery finally happened at 10 pm. The sales associate, Nour, displayed unprofessionalism and disrespect when I inquired about the delay, even yelling and making fun of me. Adding to the frustration, both Nour and the delivery department ignored numerous phone calls. I had to resort to calling Nour from a different number just to get her to pick up. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong pillow for the couch, and the broken bed added to the overall disappointment, requiring a week for replacement. I highly advise against choosing this store unless you're prepared to waste time dealing with poor communication, tardy deliveries, disrespectful staff, ignored phone calls, and incorrect items.
Waited about 3 months for our couch. Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone, and when they do they say they will check and call you back or say "by next week" but they dont call back and nothing happens. Terrible service.The product itself is great.
Got my furnitures here. The quality and the style is amazing! The staff (Harnoor) She’s really really good and helpful. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a money worth and stylish designs
I ordered a dining table, but it seems slimmer than the pictures. Aside from that, I like the wood quality as it appears very strong. I expected the wood to appear darker than in the pictures, but it was the same, which was a good quality to talk about. Also, the services were excellent, from ordering to delivery. Great company!
