I just had the best experience at Purrfect Paws Grooming with my two cats! From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The staff handled my cats with so much care and love, it really put me at ease. The grooming was fantastic! My cats came out looking so amazing – their coats were shiny, their nails perfectly trimmed, and they even had these cute little bows. The groomers really know what they're doing. What really stood out to me was how much the staff genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand what my cats needed and what they liked, which made such a difference. The whole place was clean, organized, and had a really calming vibe. I can't recommend Purrfect Paws Grooming enough! If you're looking for a place to groom your cats, this is it. Good place, but when I try to book and appointment, their phone cannot be answered for the last whole week, I always got hang up, not sure how to book the appointment now, maybe I should switch...or are they closed?
The service was so bad, I went to wash and trim the dog, because I had something to do, I left first, and then when I went back, they didn't cut my dog's nails, and then told me that I needed to charge another fee, I have never met such a boss, I will cut my dog's nails elsewhere, it is unreasonable, I will never go to this house again.
We're thrilled to have found this place. For a long time, our dog was groomed incorrectly, making her resemble another breed. Finally, our little one ended up in wonderful hands here. They always take our preferences into account, and the prices are reasonable. Thanks to the team for their excellent work.
Brought my cat hoot in for his first bath and nail trimming, was a little scared leaving him for 3 hours, rest assured my hoot was fine and smells great ? also got all his knots out highly recommended! Ty cd studio!
