We brought our dog in today for a full grooming package, and the team did an outstanding job. Our pup looks fantastic! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality pet grooming.
Small but but very honest pet grooming in the Scarborough/Markham border. We adopted a cat who just won't let us clip her nails and took her in to Cutie Club. They took her in and out within 10 mins. They didn't try to upsell anything and just recommended we shave the fur between the paws to prevent slipping but said it was up to us to do it or not. Extremely reasonable pricing for the service provided. Will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you!
I started bringing my dog, Asahi (named after my favourite drink), here for grooming not too long after it opened, and I've been seriously impressed by their quality & consistency of service over the last two years. He used to be a pretty wild stray and tends to show a lot of attitude around strangers - something which caused a lot of trouble for his previous groomer (there was even an incident of him biting the receptionist and taking a fat dump on the floor) - yet he always seems to be on his best behaviour when I bring him here. I've had a couple chances to chat with the owner, and he's clearly super knowledgeable about cats & dogs and generally a very nice guy. When I first told him my dog's name he said Asahi's his #1 favourite as well, so maybe he can tell there's a lot of affection there, and that helps the little guy relax. They burned and cut my dog and hes been in pain since then my dog has been crying and whining because it hurts really bad . They didnt even do a good job and stilll charged me full price when the job wasnt even fully done !! Ridiculous
The owner is friendly and helpful. However, I have a small comment on this grooming service experience to share: the grooming was supposed to include a wash, haircut, ear cleaning, tooth cleaning, and nail trimming. But after the grooming, the inside of my dog’s ears is still quite dirty, and his body still has an unpleasant smell.
I always bring my both dogs to this store for grooming . They are polite and did really good hair cut to dogs . They knew all about the dogs I hav bichon and they give him perfect Bichon frise look
First time bringing my dog to this place since I just moved to the area. Prices are fair and the receptionist is nice and helpful. My baby looks so cute, thank you!
