I was disappointed after visiting Puppy House Grooming School for the second time. I initially wanted the bath package for my puppy but was recommended by the groomer to get a groom package because my puppy had tangled long hair. When I went to pick up my puppy, I found out that my puppy was cut from the shaver and also some parts were shaved unevenly. I received a $15 discount but honestly it was not enough to compensate for this accident. I don’t think I will be visiting again anytime soon.
Great and friendly service EVERY time!! Whenever I call, they remember who I am and whenever they see myself and my pup walk in they don’t hesitate to call her by name. My dog and I love it here.
Brought my dog here for a full groom. The price is more reasonable than our previous place. They did a wonderful job. Very detailed with good nail trimming and ear hair trim. Would definitely come again next time my dog needs a haircut.
Highly recommend this place! I have been bringing my dog here for a couple years now and have always been satisfied with the grooming. Staff is very professional and friendly and the price is very affordable. I have also used their day care service many times and they have always kept my dog happy with every stay!
They nicked my dog with the trimmers and said that she got bit by bugs likely from when i took her out for walks but the cuts were fresh. I was pretty upset but the language barrier was difficult for me to communicate or express my anger towards them because their English wasn’t the best.
I brought my big puppy Rambo(big goldendoodle puppy)in for a bath today to try out the salon and as soon as I walked in you can tell how friendly and loving the staff were to my fur baby! They were very welcoming and super friendly towards me and my pup! I definitely felt like I could trust them with Rambo and they reassured me that he was in good hands. When I came to pick him up I saw how happy he was and you could easily tell he had a ln enjoyable groom! He definitely fell in love with the girls there and I will easily be bringing him back for more baths! Thank you so much! Rambo loved the treat by the way so thank you for the gift as well!
