The staff are amazing! They are so knowledgeable about grooming! The way they are so accommodating is not matched! If your looking for a grooming service this place is the place!!
My Goldendoodle Teddy was always anxious at The Dog Market in the Beach and at Dog Spaws on Kingston Road and when he came to Fluffy Pets we lived the fact that it's a relaxed atmosphere and they do fantastic work at a fair price for a large dog. So grateful we found you! The groomer even alerted us to several medical problems that we should be aware of which was super helpful too!
no so impressive. didn’t follow instructions given by me . didn’t trim properly. dogs seems like same . didn’t provide proper grooming. after 3 days my pet still look same. seems like they just cut nails. no hair cut on legs, no hair trim on ears , nothing on forehead. i am wondering why they asked me to come after 2 hours? may be to pretend that they were doing something.
This place had an option to book appointments online, so when I booked my dogs in and went in for the appointment, I was told there were no appointments booked in their system. The person at the desk seemed very frustrated and didn't seem interested in acknowledging that their online appointment process was flawed and not being maintained by staff and therefore, wastes time of potential customers and is just bad business. Just a suggestion, if your business is not going to check the online booking system for appointments then DON'T OFFER ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING AS AN OPTION. From the mixed reviews, this place can be a hit or miss with the services it offers. I'm fortunate that my dogs didn't have the opportunity to experience anything negative at this groomer, as it sounds like the owners/groomers are not consistent with the quality of services they offer, whether it be grooming services or just simple customer service. I'd rather travel further and pay more to have better service and to keep my dogs out of harms way and actually have an appointment...
Been taking my fluffy pet, Yogi Bear here for months now...The owners/groomers have always been so nice to deal with and they take their time to ensure my dog comes out looking cute and fresh while matching our preferred cut/style. My bich-poo always comes out happy after each groom :) Keep up the good work.
After trying so many different groomers in the east end for my GSD, I finally found a place that does a wonderful job and takes care with his sensitive skin condition! It's amazing to take him here and he's not only beautiful when he comes home but he's not itchy either like so many other places. I don't know how they do it but I'm so glad to have found them. They've also been excellent with my nervous hound-beagle!! Highly recommend these guys!
This is they only place I take my dogs! Owner and groomers love what they do and it shows. I feel safe leaving my loved ones in such caring hands. And they are actually great groomers as well!!
