If I could give them 10 stars I would. My corgi had such a great visit for his first groom there today. The team was kind professional and treated my dog with so much love! I highly suggest Pawny Tails and can't wait to take him back for another grooming trip.

Always wonderful experience with Pawny Tails! They were incredibly gentle and she stayed relaxed the whole time. The grooming was done very professional—her coat looks clean, tidy, and so much more comfortable. Communication was great as well, with thoughtful suggestions for her daily maintenance routine. Only place we go in the area. Highly recommend!

I am so, extremely happy with my entire experience. They are very responsive and so friendly from the very beginning. They accommodated my every request even with my indecisiveness and complete lack of knowledge in the pet grooming department. They are just so thoughtful in everything they do. I can tell by the interactions we have had that they really know what they're talking about, are passionate about what they do and really love pets. My puppy felt so comfortable with them and her cut turned out so well, beyond my expectations. I am so, so happy and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to pamper their fur babies with top notch groomers that care. They also aren't trying to rip anyone off and are quite reasonable with their pricing too. Highly highly recommend!! I took my pup for her grooming (we tried the Luxury Bath & Tidy Up) and we’re amazed by how professional and caring the staff are! The results are amazing and Liz even got a stunning photo taken by the staff with a well decorated Christmas background :) Love this place and I’ll definitely take my pup back again. Highly recommend them for grooming needs!
I took my little dog Sesame to the pet grooming salon. The staff was responsible and professional, offering many pet care suggestions. They groomed my dog beautifully and cleanly, even giving a can of pet food as a gift. I believe Sesame will surely love it.
