New to the area and getting too old to wrestle my dog to cut her nails… I found this place on Google and it had good reviews so I thought I’d try it. SUCH a good experience (for both of us)! Walk-in for nails, job done quickly and just fine. Price was great too. After the fact, I heard from some neighbours that I found the right place to go.
I'm new to the area and googled all the options. I settled on Dogspaws and it was the best decision! The team is super friendly, caring and very attentive to my needs and what I wanted for my dog. The price is right and we're hooked! See you for the next tom ford fitting (simple, classic cut) :D
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience left me extremely disappointed—and if I could give a negative rating, I would. I’ve taken my golden retriever here several times for a bath and trim. Unfortunately, for the second time, they’ve cut her hair so short she looks like a Labrador. I continued coming back because I value loyalty and believe that mistakes happen and can be corrected. But clearly, nothing has changed. Despite providing clear written instructions, there was obvious miscommunication between the receptionist and the groomer. To make matters worse, no one even bothered to apologize for the mistake. What stings even more is that I’ve consistently tipped them—even when the service was subpar. I won’t be making that mistake again. Disappointed and won’t be returning.
Absolutely loved this place. My 12yr old rescues first groom and they were amazing - they did such a good job with his wash, brush, and trim. Even got in between his toesies. He looks so dapper. Customer service was wonderful - you can tell how much they love doggies. So happy with the results, will definitely be bringing him hear again.
Follow up to my first review. I unexpectedly received a call from the owner of the business who wanted to apologize and follow up my first experience. He shared action had been taken and that he was requesting an opportunity to make for the poor experience my first time. I have been back two or three times since with no issue. Close to home and do a good job! -------------------------- The service for the dog was good, the service from human to human not so much. Couldn’t have had a more blah experience with the front desk person. More interested in her nails than anything else on the day I went in.
Brought Brandi on for the first time to Dogspaws they were very wonderful with her she came out looking so cute very friendly staff I will definitely be bringing Brandi back to see them great place definitely recommended
