I have been a regular patient of Dr. El Bawab for many years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most exceptional doctors I have ever had. As my family doctor, she consistently provides care that is compassionate, thorough, and incredibly professional. She listens attentively, explains everything clearly and always makes me feel like a valued patient. I also want to recognize Rany, the pharmacist, who is always kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He takes the time to explain medications, answer questions, and ensure everything is handled smoothly. Additionally, Nafisa, the medical assistant, is professional, welcoming, and handles multiple tasks efficiently. She always helps make every visit comfortable and well-organized. The entire team works together so well, and their dedication truly shows. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I have received over the years. Doctor cares about your health and take time to check and do not scare to ask for more test and she does what she can to help her fellow patients when visiting her. I am writing this review for the Blue Rose Medical Centre to express my severe disappointment with the service provided during my recent visit. I arrived exactly on time for my scheduled appointment, yet I was forced to wait an appalling amount of time before being seen. The wait time was approximately 1 to 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable and a significant waste of a patient's valuable time. It was not the first time. This happened in my last five visits. Waste of time
The people that work in this medical center are very kind and hard working. I like them.i have been in Canada almost three years they help everything me and my family.
This clinic is great and the docter is helpful, this docter has been my family docter for 5 years, the pharmacy is very good, the service is also wonderful.
Whenever I call and make a follow up with certain documents they always make me wait for days or weeks... Says it’s ready, but actually it’s not.... and they make me call again and again. I really don’t know if it is the system of communication between the doctors and medical admin staff... I don’t have a problem with the doctors; Dr. Harshini is very good with the consultation and treament process of my son. It’s just that the team as a whole can be disorganized at times. Sorry guys...
