If you keep asking 1 more questions The Dr doesn’t has patience for answering questions. Even the pharmacist doesn’t have patience too. Now I understand why they are not busy than others .
Every time I have visited this place, the experience is even worse. There is no concern for patients of different nationality, they charge for each minimum paper (they have never charged me for a visit copy), both the receptionist and the doctor super superb and unwilling to help or explain anything. With my family, we gave them many opportunities thinking that it would just be something of a bad day, but no, we will never visit again.
I have visited ProCare Clinic several times, and my experience with Dr. Nahid has always been amazing. She is very kind, and she is always extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the care she provides.
dr.manal is disrespectful and has no customer service skills. I came into the clinic because I was feeling back pain from a broken foot. She continue to interrupt me was very disrespectful. Refuse to see me walked out the room with no explanation as to why she wasn't seeing me the other doctor wasn't available every time I go and I deal with this doctor the same attitude I will be reporting her and the clinic because this is ridiculous. I am a Canadian born citizen, and I do not deserve to be dealing with any type of lack of care due to whatever is going on in her life. I
This walk-in clinic has usually been our first choice when we’ve needed care over the weekend, and we’ve always appreciated the excellent Egyptian doctors there. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the complete opposite. The treatment, diagnosis, and overall medical care were extremely poor. The Chinese doctor we saw was unprofessional—she raised her voice, discouraged questions, and lost her temper with patients. It’s shocking and disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior in Canada. She made my son leave the clinic in a shock and feeling way worse!
Very bad please don’t waste your time. I went today everyone including the doctor was so unprofessional. The doctor was eating cake, and didn’t do ANYTHING for my baby that was sick for a week. I literally had to go to another walk in clinic after seeing the doctor and the other doctor said total opposite of what she thought it was . Specially if you have a child don’t waste your time
This is a walk-in clinic. it has a good staffing and is short waiting time to see the doctor if the appointment is made through online portal. my first time visit experience was quite positive. However, it’s a walk-in clinic. The staff doctor expect that the patient has a family doctor.
