I and my family have been Dr. Shweta's patient since 2023, and our experience here is been excellent. The management, lab services and pharmacy employees, all are professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Shweta has always listened to our problems patiently and took care of us efficiently. I am really pleased with the overall service.
I saw Dr. Dhawan Balchandra for what I thought was an ear infection. He was an excellent doctor. He took his time, asked me questions, showed me a diagram of the ear, and explained everything clearly. He even demonstrated exercises I could do to relieve the pressure. I was taken aback by how much care he put into the appointment and how he wasn’t in any rush. I really liked him.
We have been blessed to have Dr. Dhawan as our family doctor for almost 10 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. He takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains medical concerns, and ensures we receive the best possible care. His dedication and professionalism make a real difference in our family’s health and well-being. We are truly grateful to have him as our doctor!
Such a rude clinic those are working in the reception they will lie to your face without any hesitation. they are very rude and they don't want to help you if you have any problem they say do it yourself they don't care if this is your first time. but the doctors are polite and friendly doctors try to help you as much as they can but the receptionist are very rude. my advice is don't go there. I stopped going this clinic. I will never go to this clinic and also I advised my friends to not go in this clinic.
The phone call was answered by Fensh Patel was yelling while booking an appointment, He also changed his name on the phone he gave a different name starting with S and last name Patel in person he told Fensh. And was trying to threaten me and said you can come to me. Time of calling 1:40 17 April I can make an issue for that but I know management will look after it. Worst place. Dr. DAHWAN Does not care about you. I've been wanting 2 weeks for my biopsy for cancer. He does not reply to my messages or Emails. Meanwhilef living wondering. "HE REALLY CARES FOR YOU? I think not. I now have cancer of the neck and larynx that can't be treated. One year if I'm lucky to live. Thanks Dr. DAHWAN or is it Dr Quack. I think you should lose your license. Please people DON'T GO TO HIM. find another Doctor
