First of all, the older male doctor didn’t use any instruments to assess me—he didn’t even check my vital signs. All he said was, “Go to your family doctor.” What a joke. It was a complete waste of 30 minutes waiting for a two-minute interaction with that doctor from who knows where. On top of that, the place smells awful. I honestly feel even more sick after going there.
Markham Corner Pharmacy stands out as one of the best pharmacies in Scarborough, offering exceptional customer service and a warm, welcoming environment. The on site walk-in clinic is a huge plus! I highly recommend visiting, you won't be disappointed!
Dr Cosmos is a very nice down to earth Doctor and respects his patients. The secretaries and pharmacy staff are true angels. Love Nagia Sammakia I would like to say that I see Dr Cosmos, because he's humane, but the other Physician Dr Odhiambo told me to go and find myself a doctor! Why would I come to see him for, if I'm having trouble finding one where I live. Dr Ashraf, the Egyptian Physician was great, but I think he left and they say he's coming back. Dr Odhiambo is anti social and not humane, I'm going through a hard time with an ill family member and I'm their care taker, so time is important to me and I have a positive attitude unless, someone makes me feel unwanted somewhere and especially a physician like Dr Odhiambo. Thanks god for Dr Cosmos. Thanks for letting me vent.
Dr. Raphael Odhiambo demonstrated an unacceptable lack of professionalism and respect during my visit. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and left me feeling completely disregarded as a patient. A good doctor should listen, communicate with empathy, and provide support , none of which I experienced with him. Based on my interaction, I do not believe he is suited for this profession and would strongly recommend that others look for care elsewhere.
Dr. Raphael Odhiambo showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect during my visit. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and made it clear that he is not suited for this profession. A doctor should listen to patients, offer guidance, and treat people with dignity , unfortunately, he did none of that. I truly don’t believe he is the right person for this job, and I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
My experience with Dr. Raphael Odhiambo was extremely disappointing. He was beyond rude and dismissive during my visit, showing no professionalism or empathy. Instead of being helpful or providing proper guidance, his attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I would strongly recommend not seeing him if you’re looking for a doctor who listens, communicates respectfully, and genuinely cares about their patients.
I would give 0 stars if that were possible. The receptionist came across as unprofessional, impolite, and abrupt. The pharmacy staff are pleasant, and Dr. Cosmos is fine, but the receptionist really spoiled my experience.
