For many years, I've been visiting this medical facility. Dr. Vinay Jindal, my physician, is an exceptionally skilled practitioner. He is understanding, kind, and patient. The phone is always answered and the reception is quick. I've had great experiences visiting this doctor's office. Friendly people.
Personally don’t recommend coming to this clinic. I came in to book an appointment as I was having stomach issues, waited 3 hours to see a doctor who then wrote a referral for me to see a GI doctor. Before going to my GI appointment, I had called prior to ensure I was not waiting an unreasonable amount of time and the receptionist ensured my appointment was on the exact time, upon the day to see the GI doctor, I waited 5 HOURS in the waiting room and still was not able to see the doctor. I had left and when I called back to reschedule and explain the ridiculous wait time to the receptionist, she continued to make an excuse that the doctor takes his time and does not rush his appointments. Clearly unprofessional and unreasonable for both the doctors and receptionists. DONT waste your time here and go to a place where they care about your wellbeing and time!
This has been my Family Dr. Way back when I was only 16 & Dr. Jain was the main Dr. Just under 2 years Jain transferred my files to Dr. Jindal & he has been My Friend - a Confident - a Real Human that actually listens & cares xo "bb"
I waited more than an hour, even after my prior appointment! Surprisingly, Dr. Jean didn't allow me to explain my problem properly; just provided some medication in less than 2 minutes! Never want to visit again & don't recommend both the Doctor & the hospital.
If there was a lesser rating, I would rate less than 0 stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! No answering service, no voicemail, secretary Angela rarely ever answers the telephone, useless office!! She doesn't care to call back with any information. How does this office even exist Does dr. Curria exist Should be shut down, it's inhumane, shameful and disgusting!
I came all the way here from my home in East York to find out that there is no walk in doctor is available. There was no place on Google maps that suggested that there is no available doctor.
