I been visiting this walk in for years ...after a long time came back and it used to be packed! there was no line and I was seen in minutes. I was impressed only to realize how much of a complete useless doctor Pearson Wu is ,he tried to say nothing can be done like buddy u didn't come in here for 2 whole seconds and say hi and bye . This doctor is enough to shut the entire clinic down . So I insisted and it seemed like a chore for him to write up a basic prescription I asked for another issue he said come back one issue one day I'm like should I go sit out and come right back in clearly not like they are over flooding of people . Last time visiting . I suggest to avoid and get a real doctor that will look into it and not try to scan health card and call it a day ...nonetheless the front staff and pharmacy was good. For what it's worth but unfournately when the doctor is useless not much can be saved .
I was seen by the walk in doctor pretty quickly then got my prescription filled from the pharmacy that's inside the clinic. In and out in less than an hour. The medical secretaries, doctor, and pharmacist were kind and approachable.
Wait time was a bit long, but the walk-in doctor, Dr. Russell, was so lovely! She was very thorough and actually cared about her patients. One of the best walk-in physicians I’ve ever had!!!
Very long wait times but we didn't have an appointment. We went in right at 9 thinking that's when the doors would open and we wouldn't have to wait but there were already 13 people ahead of us when we went in. Arrive before it opens to help with wait times as ours was 2.5 hours. But Dr. Russell was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, kind and gentle with my daughter. She was thorough and explained everything clearly. Very impressed with her. Thank you! Update. Was there again today and waited only 30 minutes. Saw Dr. Pearson Wu and he was fantastic as well. Thanks!
Front desk, amazing. Everyone is so friendly from the 3 times I went. Very helpful, very informative and accurate on wait times. Not angry receptionists. The doctors, I had the same doctor 2 times which was Doctor Russell, she is amazing. She took the time to explain things properly so I could understand and answered all my questions without rushing me out. She asked more questions to understand me as a patient than my old family doctor ever did. I will definitely keep going here in the future. I felt very comfortable which I usually don’t visiting doctors.
The care is great but don't bother showing up after 2:30pm as they do not accept walkins after that time. They should really post hours their hours correctly.
The doctor went on vacation the day after seeing me and they are refusing to look at my xray results until they can double bill my ohip card. Not impressed and out from work for 5 days now waiting on them to have a doctor read a file they have had for atleast 4 of them. Original Dr was awesome, but the follow up has been atrocious. Don't come here if you need test results they will not even pick up a file unless they are paid to do so.
