I would say above average because the wait time is less then others. The staffs were quite polite complained to other places. 8/10 sitting area. The check the blood pressure & weight on the waiting room infront of everyone. Moderately clean. Went for Dr. SINGHA. He's really good doctor, listened to me, explained the who procedure. They took the urine and blood samples. Overall experience is better than other clinic. Got done with the test samples was a great advantage of the clinic. Recommended if you looking for a quick consult.
Dr Singha is the most passive aggressive doctor I have come across in my life. Why was he arguing with me? I would give zero stars if it was an option. I do not recommend. Also the nurse asking me what I came in for IN THE WAITING AREA was crazy.
Definitely a disgusting place. We just went to ask for information on how to make an appointment. The secretary was very kind to help us, but a Caucasian man with glasses interrupted us and told us there was no information available because they were very busy. He closed the window in a very disrespectful manner, only giving us a card. Apparently, he's the local doctor. If that's a "professional, with a college degree, who will take care of my health," I'd rather be seen somewhere else where the people are kind and actually care about their patients. Don't waste your time in this place.
Not the most professional place, but they are a walk-in clinic, I like their pharmacy - great guy and professional and very helpful - parking is very tight because of Giant Tiger and the Restaurant
Please don’t go to this place ever!!! I went there when my son was not feeling well and it was the closest walk in clinic to my house. I went there at 10:30 in the morning when I arrived they took my details and told me to come back at 12:30 because they said they are busy I said ok and left and then I came back at 12:30 I sat in the waiting room the one who works at the reception took his temperature . and told me to sit down and wait because my son was sick he was a little nervous and then the doctor who was taking patients came out and came in looking at me and then told me to go home come back later or tomorrow I told him that my son is really sick and needs to see a doctor and he just told me to go to a hospital.. in life a doctor I have never encountered such a repulsive, inhumane doctor. They just wasted my day. I could have gone somewhere else and taken care of my son. They way that doctor spoke to me was so rude
I rarely seek doctors attention for small issues that will resolve themselves with rest and hydration, however today I reached out to the walk-in clinic in my neighborhood as the cough I am experiencing is worse than usual. I get told on the phone they aren't seeing walk ins. Ask for a clinic near by, and a phone number gets spat out to me before I can grab a pen, then promptly hung up on. Not a walk in? Fix your sign.
This is hands down the best walk in clinic I have been to in Ontario. I'm a a patient of Dr. Li and by far he is the best doctor I have seen in Canada.
