During my last visit, I attempted to explain my health concerns, but I felt that Dr. Imran was not fully engaged or attentive. On multiple occasions during the consultation, he responded with, “Thanks, we’ll see you next time,” without properly addressing my concerns. This response was repeated at least three times, making it feel like the discussion was being rushed or dismissed entirely. What added to my frustration was the travel time—I drive over an hour to get to your clinic. On top of that, I was required to visit on one day just to book the appointment and then again on the actual appointment day. Attempts to contact the clinic via phone during this time were unsuccessful, as no one was answering the calls. This lack of communication is concerning and inconvenient, especially when dealing with health matters. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to change my family doctor. I believe that effective communication, professionalism, and respect for a patient’s time and concerns should be standard in healthcare. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not have to go through a similar experience.
They require 110$ all together to do the TB test, Doctors appoint is 60$ & TB test is 50$. I am a RPN we have to do this test all the time we have never encountered a doctor’s appointment before TB test. For what? Its a subcu injection that we have to get. All nurses have to do it annually. What do a doctor is gonna do in doctors appointment? Its a diagnosis test. There are many places in Scarborough you can do it for 40-50 $. Pick some where else before wasting your money.
Had a good service from this clinic. Though the space is quite small. We are still grateful especially to Dr. Imran who patiently listened to our concerns and helped us to get appropriate tests and treatment.
They say they will accept waking patients up to 12:00 However, I was at the clinic at four in the morning. My child had a high fever.I asked them to see my daughter but they told me that they wouldn't accommodate us today because there were enough people for us. Also, I've noticed that the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional doesn't fit in that kind of place . In addition to that I called several times to do a Cross check before I arrived at the location couldn't pick up. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the staff members in the middle. We talked to her to take the temperature. The receptionist took the child's temperature and told me to go, saying that my child was fine. and the way you took her temperature is not the right way children should be measured. Finally, I took my daughter to another clinic, and when we got there, her temperature was very high . If you can, don't go from this place. It was a terrible experience. .
Google says it is open from 9 to 4, I came in between from my office. Reached at 1:50pm door was closed. Then around 2pm one lady came out she said they are on lunch break will be free by 2:15 pm. Waited till 3 pm 1 lady came told us, they are done for the day. I don’t think this clinic is good for your health. If you are not feeling well please please please don’t go there try to find some good clinic who cares for you and your time This happened on Friday 25th April 2025
Went here once because of the 5star rating from some reviews and I was extremely disappointed. This is one of the WORST health care clinic here in Canada! Reception people are very rude too. Please do yourself a favor and find a way better health clinic with nicer staff.
Very Slow. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO JOB. lack of communication. I have to keepo calling and calling and calling just to get something done. Horrible secretary and a horrible slow doctor. its 2024, wake up, drink some coffee. get to work. do the job, people are going crazy because of how slow you guys are at this location.
