my mom and i have been coming here for the last couple years (her insurance covers physiotherapy and massage sessions) and we LOVE it here! the sweetest staff, super knowledgeable and skilled! we always have the best experience:) i just got a massage today and i’ve been sent to heaven definitely recommend!!!
I was told come as a walk in patient. I reached and informed by receptionist, your number is 4th. Dr. was taking next patient after a gap of 20 minutes. After sitting for 1.5 hours, I was ignored and number six patient was called. It was amazed to see a lawful country can act like that. I asked I was at 4 number, she said others are on appointment? Why did she deny my appointment on phone. Finally, I said to cancel my visit. An unprofessional and unethical behavior towards patients, is not being tajed seriously by Ontario Health.
Called to ask if my reports came secretary name Melody picked and was ao rude that I cannot tell you until you give health card number . Very upsetting I m with dr hillbilly more than 15 plus years other secretary never talk to me like this. Really don’t feel like going there anymore .
Came for a walk in at 330pm. Receptionist said doctor is going on lunch, come back at 430pm. I waited until 515pm and still no sign of the doctor. I asked several times for updates on how long it would be and they just kept saying not sure but soon. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Wasted 2 hours for nothing. Never coming back here again!
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Worst service ever. The receptionist does not know how to do her job. My blood work reprts had already been sent to the clinic and they kept telling me they havent recieved the results yet, didnt even try to enquiring with the lab. I called them multiple times regarding this. And I myself had to finally call up the lab and let them know. Then, when I went for the follow-up in the clinic, they put people who came after me ahead of me. Not people who had appointments, but those who walked in. I recommend all to go to a different clinic if you can, save yourself some time, and get the service you paid for.
Outstanding people ,services and Doctors here are beyond helpful. Dr Bilby always goes that extra mile to assist and the office is also very helpful and willing to help.
Worst walk in clinic ever. Takes 25 minutes to see one patient. No mirror in the washroom, clinic feels cold. On top of being aggravated as it is, the pharmacy decides to keep their wait time on hold on speaker phone for everyone to hear. If you want to wait 3 hours to see a doctor then come to this clinic.
