Already had a few x-rays and ultrasounds done in this location. Wait time shorter than if i had to have the same test done in the hospital. Easy to get an appointment.
I refer patients to this facility for x-rays and I am so impressed with the service here! Patients are given a CD with their images right on the spot and I usually receive a report the same day! This is excellent for patient care and management. Thank you for your services!
I am very happy to share my wonderful experience at bellesmere ultrasound, they booked me as per my requested day and time, that was was convenient to me. I was amazed to see the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff, but the most worth mentioning is that the tech who did my ultrasound was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond from start to end of my ultrasound, overall I am more than satisfied with this clinic. Great work, keep the good work up. No doubt it is the best clinic I ever visited in Scarborough. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to this clinic.
Extremely unprofessional. Their staff do not want to do work! They were going back and forth for half and hour to decide who should do my ultrasound. Will never go back again!
Supper unprofessional staffs. They havent send the report to my doctor on time. Its took 3 working day after I done my ultrasound and still i was wait a long at DR office and DR get the reports. I dont know how they hired in this healthcare field. Negative stars.
Horrible horrible horrible. They refuse to follow doctors instructions to disclose information that was vital in making a decision with respect to needed medical treatments. They talk over you time and time again and outright ignore anything relevant you try to share. A simple ultra sound for estimated birth weight of a full term healthy baby took over 2 hours. ANYWHERE other then this shotty establishment would be a welcome one change.
My wife and I visited this clinic to have our first ultrasound for our first child. It was extremely unprofessional and even more impersonal. They took our papers and we sat for a few minutes, and then they called my wife back into the room and told me I had to wait in the lobby while they did measurements. I thought this was odd, but I agreed. My wife told me that the technician was very rude and refused to let me into the room until after she finished with the measurements. When she was done she showed my wife the monitor shot of our baby before I was even in the room and then came and got me. I was in the room for about 3 seconds while she pointed at the screen and said, "this is the baby, and this is the heartbeat. Ok, you can leave now." I was taken aback by this interaction and was confused by the situation. This was supposed to be a special moment that my wife and I would share together with seeing our child for the first time together and it was completely ruined by a completely uncompassionate staff! If you can go anywhere else, please do so!!
