This Radiology center truly offers what good healthcare should — care, dignity, warmth, respect, and humanity. The patient care coordinator, sonologist, and X-ray technician treated me with such friendly and sincere attention that I genuinely felt cared for, not just served. Their kindness showed real human compassion, and it left a lasting impression on me. My sincere thanks and best wishes for you.
Avoid this place these guys are liars. They say they will send it in 2 days but it will take more than a week and they will probably end up calling you and ask you for the fax number. When I called multiple times it just went to voicemail.
Except for the black lady at the reception that is so nice and welcoming, the rest of the staff are unfriendly and has terrible attitude towards clients. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible people.
Eglinton-Danforth excellent clinic! Friendly staff, clean and quiet environment, minimal wait times. The technician was professional and reassuring. Highly recommend for prompt and comfortable diagnostic services!
I used to like this place , all my xr and ultrasound i used to go there. But my family Dr is not happy with them, they don't send the results on time compare with other places, also there is another dr with the same last name, I dont know if they sent the results to the other Dr, my dr mentioned that to me. I will start going where my family dr refer me.
Very unprofessional place, I went there for ex-Ray , I was first and another lady (patient)came after me and the lady on the desk spoke in there language with that patient. They did the ex-Ray for that patient before me just because they were speaking in the same language. When I complained they didn’t do my ex-Ray and they told me to go out. Very unprofessional coustomer survice.I never seen a place like that in Canada, they were acting like they are still in there country. I don’t absolutely recommended.
