WORST location for a mammogram - extremely disappointing experience!!! I chose this clinic for convenience, but the service has been incredibly frustrating. I had my initial mammogram in September, and toward the end of the month my doctor called to ask whether the clinic had contacted me to repeat the procedure, as the results were unclear. The report stated that the clinic would reach out for a follow-up, but they never did. I had to call myself to schedule the repeat appointment. After the second mammogram, I once again heard nothing from them until my doctor reached out to check whether the clinic had contacted me—because yet again, the results indicated that I needed additional imaging. Still, no call from the clinic. The staff at this location appear disorganized and unsure of their own processes. If you value clear communication and efficient care, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic. Save yourself the stress!!!

I was having an abdominal ultrasound. The front desk staff were amazing. The lab technician was professional and personable. Great customer-service at this location!!!
Was 5 mins late for a mammogram appt then made me wait additional 5 mins while she shuffled papers then tells me sorry she’s gone to lunch you’ll have to rebook not accommodating at all will not be going back for future services
Called for a mammogram and was told they are fully booked and would not make an appointment even though I was willing to wait for an opening. Is this what healthcare has become? No care at all!
Convenient location, plenty of parking, reasonable waiting time for walk in (XRay only), friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tip: bring your own slippers to avoid walking shoeless when changed to gown
Natalie and Ashia (sp?) were both professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Both of my appointments were completed on time. The whole process took only 80 minutes.
