Most impressed by the efficiency & kindness shown in office. No long wait, & Receptionist was very gracious, friendly & professionally expedited my Xray & Ultrasound to my Family Doctor's office, who called me with results in same day. Kludos to the receptionist, Xray & Ultrasound staff & management. You deserved an applause working in post pandemic, stormy, wintery days. Thank you. :)
Very efficient, well run clinic. 90% of our patients go there and have recommended this location to their families and friends. I personally have been there for my xrays and ultrasounds and never had any problems.
They don't do bone density test even though it is mentioned on website *update They mentioned that bone destiny test is not done at this location but it's not easily available like other clinics to find on their website.You have to find requisition form section and then download all the requisition to figure which one is doing that.They need user acceseeble info on their website and also have to take consideration of people with disability when accessing their website.Hope they improve website
I waited no more th as n 10 minutes (with no appointment). The X-Ray Technician was very professional and kind. He explained each step as he performed it . The whole experience was quite painless
I had One of the worst ultrasound, she doesn’t have any knowledge , she did totally wrong and my doctor figured it out and I had to go to the other location to do ultrasound again
I just called there to make an appointment but no one picked up. Then someone called back (which I thought was positiv) but the receptionist was as rude as someone could be. She didnt even say where she was calling from but just asked “what do you want” and I didnt even know it was the center. Glad that I dont have an appointment there.
I just left from this place having the worst experience. I went for an ultrasound as I'm pregnant with my FIRST baby. I was very excited before the appointment to see and hear my baby's heart beat for the first time. As soon they called me I asked if my partner can join me and they say no yet, later. The technician/dr asked me to laid down, put the gel on me and started looking the screen without saying a word to me. Then she called my husband in and as soon she saw he wanted to take a picture of the screen she said No, she said I'll give you a picture. She pointed to the baby without saying much, and she let my husband take a pic from the screen telling him how to do it in a very rude way. I asked her if we could hear the baby's heart beat, she did but left the sound for around 5 seconds. She absolutely took the most precious moment of my life with her attitude. She after told my husband ok go out, again very rude. Before i left the place i asked if I get a printed copy of my baby and they said no. You should've take it when you are there. The staff needs to learn empathy. Literally they took my happy moment away. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
