I had a great experience at the X-ray centre today, thanks to the wonderful girl at the help desk. She was polite, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. She guided me through the registration process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the visit stress-free. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you for your support.
I had the worst experience with the front desk staff on Friday, Sept 5th around 5 PM. The person was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. She refused to understand my concern , kept saying she wasn’t responsible, and even refused to connect me to anyone in charge. When I visited in person, she questioned why I was there and still refused to escalate, until another staff member told her to call manager. Only then, she connected me with manager, and my issue was solved after call with Adnan. She even lied to her manager in front of me, pretending she had tried to help, but she said that its not her mistake and she is not responsible , and gave me a fake name to cover her behavior. This was pure negligence, arrogance, and complete lack of professionalism. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I found the clinic very dirty and unprofessional. I had gone for an ultra sound of my leg and the ultrasound technician Adnan was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wanted to file a complaint against him to the owner but apparently he is the owner as well. That probably explains his arrogant, rudeness , and unprofessionalism. Very disappointed in thr clinic
Front office staff is very well mannered and good customer service! This is about the technician Adnan, he needs to stick to his work and stop running his mouth with clients with his indecent jokes, I hope his manger gives him a refresher training on staying professional and not be ignorant with his talks.
The experience there was good. However, I was told my ultrasound would be faxed to a specialist and they would reach out to me. I waited 3 weeks for a response until I called them. They said that the fax number to my doctors office did not work so they did not send it out. I don't know why they did not reach out to the doctors office or myself to confirm the fax number. Quite ridiculous.
If you’re looking for a business with a professional environment and follows Canadian customer service standards, look elsewhere. Receptionists are not well trained. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Used to be a decent place, not sure if there’s been management change in the past year. Everyone needs a training refresh, and the place itself needs cleaning, fresh paint, and rooms with proper division for privacy and confidentiality. This is Canada, do better! And if the owner replies this review in a snarky defensive manner, instead of actually listening to some suggestions, it’s proof of the unprofessionalism I mentioned.
Great service, if you're not looking for all the frills. Called right when they opened to see if they take walk-ins, but they said it's better if you call and make an appointment. The receptionist said they are usually very busy during the weekends, but luckily they had an open slot in the afternoon. When I got there, the clinic was small but was clean and well-kept. The whole process probably took 20 mins where I didn't have to wait when I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time. The tech was diligent in asking for my identity and if I was pregnant because of getting an x-ray done. Much better experience than the run down, dingy walk-in clinics I've been elsewhere!
