The counter/intake staff was very courteous, helpful and immediately made me feel at ease. They were sympathetic to my concerns and alloyed my fears about my possible condition and issues. The radiographic technician was also courteous and conducted the process very professionally and considerately. The administrator was also very friendly, welcoming and showed interest in my health & wellbeing when I had the opportunity to meet her. The Office, Reception Area, Equipment Room and surroundings were clean & well kept. I have no hesitation in giving a "thumbs-up" recommendation to this organiztion iserving the Malvern Community. Very poor service. The receptionist disappears for a long time without some one else to cover her spot. Rude behaviour all around. No common courtesy valued in Canada.
My experience today was amazing. One of the best people ever the very kind very good at communicating. They make you feel safe and comfortable, and you can also go walking in, which is very amazing and the wait time is not long as well I recommend going here and it’s Also so nice because there’s so many beautiful women that work here that can do You’re ultrasound
Staff were friendly and professional, however the results were significantly delayed. X- ray results usually take max two business days to be sent, they took 5 days to send it. Also, anyone getting a chest x-ray make sure you ask for a protector or gear to cover your lower abdomen if it’s not provided. I had to ask.
Patricia (reception) was extremely helpful and friendly. The xray technician (Leo) was also super friendly and made me more comfortable (I was a little apprehensive about getting them done). Thanks guys for your help!
